Yucca Flour. Not grated, but white and powdery, like flour should be. I have a Brazilian student who has been sharing some creations and recipes with me. She can't find Yucca Flour here and has been having it sent from Brazil. Has anyone seen it on the shelves in Santo Domingo. I'd like to try making "Pan de Queso".

Do we have a cooking forum? or should we just go to Aunt Clara when these things come up?

Feel free to go to Aunt Clara ... Yucca flour is freely available in all the cities and supermarkets I've been into .. I have some, but have no idea what to do with it ;)

Perhaps I should visit Aunt Clara!
