How about starting a World Cup Rendezvous thread? Or was that your intention for this thread?

I will be showing ALL games in English. Also, I will have the games in Spanish and German.
Been trying to get my website back up and running. I will let everyone know as it will have all the information.
If there's any "Wanna be" Chef's out there who want to operate my kitchen during the World Cup "Fish & Chips" style food, I have a reasonably equipped kitchen ready to go. PM me if interested. No ribs though, Marco has the exclusivity on that. I don't want to get on his bad side. You never know, I might need his help again to move a horse in the middle of the night. LOL.

Well it's finally done

My concern was being able to feed a hungry crowd during the W/C games. A BBQ specialist has just confirmed that he will be operating out of Eddy's during the games. More info. to follow. In the mean time, details and fixtures can be seen at www.eddysportsbar.com Who knows, maybe the Mangu crew will show up for one of the English games.

Venues Santo Domingo and Maimon

By the Way Champions Bar in the Hotel Jaragua Santo Domingio will be showing all the World Cup games.
Also all the England games will be on the wide screen at the Cascada Hotel in Maimon which is the town between Cotui and Piedra Blanca.
Cheers Daren

For those on the North Coast: Eddy's is the place. England really have to win because my F-1 customers have decided to watch the Canadian GP at home because England's victory celebration will drown out the start of the race. Go England "Please"

That's too bad the referee favored England in the whole match. The referee sold himself, even someone like me who doesn't know much about football, I could see how England was helped by all the referees.
Too too sad another team from the american continent has to go home. :(

I didn't notice that much favorism. England just played a little better. Got to admit that Ecuador had a little bad luck. Let's see how England does in the 1/4's.

I agree, it's very understable... jejejeje
oops, jejeje

Its understandable that you would think that England played better, but if you had notice the referees they were always blowing their whitles at the Ecuadorian team not so much the English team and they made lots of faults. jejejejej, but anyway they are out and now you guys must face Portugal if they win.

I never said England played better, but I thought the ref was fair.
As a ref he did ok, compared to some others. 14 yellows and 4 reds.

I'm glad we are playing Portugal :)
