annecdotal evidence in support of the article and a pleasant surprice

I got some free, fresh organic bananas from a city celebration; along the way, while biking Sligo Creek Trail en route to the Capital Crescent Trail last Sunday here in Metropolitan Washington. :cheeky:

...helped me bike all ~25 miles in record time
