Hi ... quick question

Trip to Argentina from Santo Domingo for an American and a Dominican - it makes a 2 hour stop/plane transfer in Panama.

When I checked into it I read on the Internet a Dominican can make a stop in Panama for up to 8 hours without a problem as a person in transit.

Somebody just told me that has changed :-O

I have called the Panama Embassy - they ask me to leave a message and do not return my phone calls.

I have called the Argentina Embassy - they told me that is the first time that they have heard of it - Panama is a hub for almost all of the Latin American and the Caribbean and has never had a problem with people in transit as there is a special place in the airport where they wait.

Does anyone have a definite answer for this? Or have experienced this?

Thank You
