Wanted, good dermatologist or clinic
Contact Dr. Alida Gutierrez at gutterrezalida@hotmail.com She is a dermatologist and experienced surgeon. Describe your problem and ask her for a recommendation. Hr surgical scales better than her English.

If you come down Ave Winston Churchill, just above 27 de Febrero and across from Plaza Central, turn right at the last one way street before 27 de Febrero, going west at the Banco BHD, and go about 3/4 block. This clinic is the white building on the left.
They have about 6 or 8 derms here. Dr Cochòn is a member of the American Derm organization. He has basic English, but seemed very knowledgeable about skin cancer, etc. Their office hours are until 7 pm also.
This clinic also does what looks like almost any skin care/treatment/surgery available, and the facilities are very nice.
