Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone on the board would know of a place in Santiago that teaches people how to do manicure, pedicure, and putting on nails etc? I know that there is an asian place called Shanghai in the city but apparently they do not teach manicures or pedicures.

The nail salons are usually not that big. As far as I know, at least here in Puerto Plata, they hire girls, teach them on spot, and put them to work.
