Looks like the next thing we're going to have to deal with, is Acid Oceans.
Here is a new study showing that the Oceans of the Earth is becoming more acid because of burning of fossil fuel, which sends carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere. As this CO2 combines with seawater, the acidity increases with all kinds of effects on coral reefs and fish and other ocean creatures.
