I was just wondering what would be quicker to use to ship a small package to puerto plata area fed-ex, ups or DHL. im shipping from pennsylvania. any advice would be helpful. also need to know the quickest way to ship from puerto plata to here???? thanks

My experience is Fed Ex is the fastest and most reliable in both directions.

I used DHL from the UK and it took a week not the 1 to 4 days i was quoted, but at least it got there in one piece!

is there a fed ex store there where they can go and pick the package up?

NO that I know of. Put the recipients name and phone number along with address. NOrmally Fed ex delivers but will also call the person.
