Those that have flown from SDQ recently, is $440.00 which includes taxes the going price for a ticket to the NYC area? Im looking for a ticket for travel anytime really, and the best i can find is 9/22-11/4 $440 SDQ-EWR Continental Airlines. Anyone else found anything better?

I paid $396 EWR-SDQ-EWR for 9/21-9/24 (Continental).

yes, that 440 quote i get is from continental.com, im looking for a ticket that leaves from sdq and arrives at ewr and the quote is 440. The other way around, ewr to sdq is 396.

I guess the airlines have different ways of making a few extra bucks. Does that extra charge make any sense to you? I think it is silly.
that seems to be the price, i saw SDQ-JFK depart 9/22 return 11/5 for 419 but i think its easier to get in and out of newark airport than jfk. they are both basically the same distance from me. Im assuming the prices will be going up as we get closer to xmas
