In recent weeks I have followed the news on the Spanish, American, and French diplomats debacle. In your opinion, are the Diplomats right to abandon protocol and do what they have done via DR media? In your bipartisan opinion, that is, without considering your citizenship origin as a factor, was this a justified action? Is this the way of the future for Diplomats in DR to get they way? Does this hinder DR "foreign investment policy" in the long run?
