Is it a good place for long term rent? Did they really provide Internet connection in the room. I got this info from someone in Sosua. How close this place to Sosua? Thanks

5 minute ride on a concho or public car to downtown El Batey Sosua.
Last I heard the wifi reached the pool area, but they may have improved on that.
I have known a lot of people who lived there and they were happy and secure.

BTW: Although I heard they may be raising the prices, the last time I brought someone there to rent an apartment, they cost approx $300 US/month, all bills paid, except gas for the stove, which might cost you a max of 10 bux per month, if you did a lot of cooking.
