I think there are at least two factories in the DR, one in Haina and the other in the Santiago Free Zone.
Don't know about stability, but I have alot of aquaintances who work there so I hope their alright.

I guess there are at least 150-300 employees in Santiago, no idea how many in Haina but I believe it's bigger.
