In one of the podcasts Randy couldn't stop raving about Colombia. One of the things that caught his attention was that they had traffic lights that counted down how many minutes you had left until a change a of light...it looks like someone must be listening to the Mangu Minute as there's a story in today's El Nacional where they mention one of such lights is now installed in Santiago.
