Go to a gym (maybe Gold's in Santiago), pump some iron, do some sweating, and ask around. HGH may be difficult to come by, but doable; testosterone dirivitives are available. I found Proviron is readily available for around 725 pesos a box (of 20).

Best to go see a doctor in the DR and get a referral to pharmacies that stock it. Dr. Freddy Salazar in Sosua would be a good place to start.
