Which are the local herbs that people use for coocking?

(English and Spanish name if possible) is for a task for my son

This is what is sold in the supermarket fresh herbs section:

Verdurita/cilantrico - coriander/cilantro/culantro
Cilantro ancho - a wild, more pungent, broad-leaved variety of coriander/cilantro/culantro
Oregano - oregano (leaves, but powder is also used)
Tomillo - thyme
Perejil - parsley
Albahaca - basil (not traditional but becoming more popular)
Menta/hierba buena - mint
Limoncillo - lemon grass (used for tea)

basil albahaca
dill eneldo
lemongrass limoncillo
marjoram mejorana
sage sabio/salvia
tarragon estragon
rosemary romero
cumin comino
coriander cilantro
nutmeg nuez
sesame seeds ajonjoli
turmeric curcuma
celery salt sal de apio
mint herbabuena
mixed spices especias surtidas
kebab seasoning! pinchos morinos sazanador

Ground ginger

Can you buy ground ginger here? I would like to make some ginger bread or cake but cannot find it.
