I'd like to come to DR next year to learn spanish as I only know some basics.
What's the IT/Telecom industry like there ? Any chances of employment for 6-9 month contract for foreigner ? What's the salary one can expect with MSc in telecom, 7 years of experience, CCNA, expert in IP/LAN/WAN ?
