Offcourse there is. The airport has alot of things.

Yes

The ATM I've used before is near the check in counters just before the gates.

I prefer to use one at a bank in town during open hours so that IF the machine eats your card a bank employee can retreive it for you. (or you can just use a teller). I can just imagine trying to get the airport ATM open when you arrive at 7:30pm.

But that's just me.
