Anyone ever provided an employment contract for someone in the RD wanting to come to Canada?

I am wondering what are the responsibilities of the Canadian company stating they have work for the person from the RD may be.

Any ideas?

One idea comes to mind. I think that a poster named trina would easily qualify as our 'resident expert' on these issues. Why not send her a pm and ask her to respond in this thread?
