Does anyone know if the beach reconstruction in front of the Viva Wyndham Tangerine at the west end of Cabarete Beach is completed? Is there any beach construction at all on the beach now. Thanks everyone

Was there four or five days ago--guests were using a roped off area of the beach, but the big pipe was still there.
