Cabarete Rentals/Guest Houses

Hi! I'm looking for a place to stay for 2 adults, 4 teens and a 12 yr old from 12/25 to 1/1. Has anyone stayed at Wilson's or Casa Blanca? Any suggestions on house rentals walking distance to the beach? We aren't really interested in a condo. Any areas we should avoid? Thank you in advance! Bev
