Hello Everyone. This is my case and questions please feel free to comment. My fiance and i have had an on-going relationship for almost 6 yrs. After i filed the petiton I found out I was pregnant. Ok my questions are 1. Can our daughter be a positive effect on the consuls? 2. I don't fulfill the requirements for the affadavit can i use a co sponser? And if so what doucmentation is required from the co sponser and myself?

It is great that you have the appointment. I would go a head and get the co-sponsor and have the forms done up asap. As long as you have an adequate co-sponsor it should be fine. You could probably bring pictures of your daughter, her birth certificate and a letter from your child's pediatrician or other practitioner, stating that not having both the child's parents here in the US is a strain on you as a single parent and unfair to the child. Good luck to you at the appointment.

An I-134 is needed and you should really find a sponsor quickly. Your appt is in Dec right??
