OK guys....

I am headed out tomorrow and still have not got a solid itinerary. The more I think about it the more I want the chillest, most laid back place I can find with an authentic town center. Some place I can get the plate of the day and just relax. My niece MUST learn some Spanish so the fewer gringos the better!

Can anyone help me out here?!

A farm or ranch would be great, too!

So helpful. However, I think I know where to go now. I saw a place last time that bears discovering.
