I was on the train this morning reading the paper and came upon this article. I thought it was great what doctor John Kennedy and the team of surgeons are doing for the unfortunate folks in DR- its so needed out there and so sad that people cannot afford even basic medical attention, HEARTBREAKING.

There groups of doctors and nurses from various cities that come here each year to provide service to the poor. All do a wonderful job and have made many lives more enjoyable. They don't get much publicity, but they do a tremendous amount of good. I know from talking with some of them, the satisfaction they get from helping these people stimulates to keep coming back at their own e expense.

I Looked Up The Word "METRO" In My "Dominican-English" Dictionary!!!

"METRO",,...noun,."Huge hole in ground for wasting huge amounts of money"

Luckily the "Politicos" can skim Billions of pesos for themselves first!!
