Cabbing from Puerto Plata to Bonao

I remember cabbing from Puerto Plata and from Santo Domingo to Bonao - I just don't remember how much it cost. Just piled into a car with a bunch of people and went. How much are buses to Bonao from Puerto Plata, and where do I catch them?

I don't know about Puerto Plata but from Santo Domingo it's 30 pesos and just over an hour in a comfortable a/c bus. it departs at a corner (don't remember which) of Ave Duarte, the shopiing street, and makes 2 more stops along the way.
