New construction beside Sea Horse Ranch

I've noticed over the past few days there have been numerous dump trucks clearing the area just East of Sea Horse Ranch. Anyone know whats up? Maybe they have decided to put in a bowling alley, movie theater, and a Starbucks. Or maybe not.

I heard a few months ago they were going to build a "phase II" with outside partners, on the land directly adjacent to the east... but may also be something to do with the new golf course across the street..sales/membership center, etc...

..but a bowling alley, movie theater and Starbucks would sure be nice!!!
