The fiscal reform would cause an increase of near 50% of the price of
the beer, reason why a unit of that drink that is sold to RD$50.0.00
could raise to RD$75.00, in agreement with the National Brewery.
Beers. In another official notice, the CND says that the fiscal
project of rectification penalizes the beer with greater taxes and
will cause that the price of that drink increases in near a 50%. The officials
asks the House of Representatives that, instead of raising it,
reduces the contributing load of the sector, "that ascends to the 8,5%
of all the income collected by the State".
