dont be surprised, santo domingo is one of the top city in the world with more luxuries cars per capita. You can see 2 or 3 expensives sport utilities in the states daily. in santo domingo you see 1,000 in a couple hours (i am not talking about pathfinder or ford explorer, i am talking about expensives lexus, land cruisers, montero, etc.)
