Can anyone recommend a good hotel in the Playa Dorada complex. Stayed at Puerto Plata Village in the past and would like something new

I have been to Jack Tar, Paradise, Dorado Club, and Villas Dorada, but my last 5 trips have been to the Fun Tropicale.
I always find a good deal plus I like the food, rooms, and staff.
The new beach club is great too.:cool:
I hope to be there again very soon.:classic:

Gran Ventana is beautiful. New Windham looks good. Both have modern clean rooms that some of the older hotels don't have.

Gran Ventana is my favorite - stayed there a year ago April. But be sure to ask for a room by the quiet pool so you can sleep at night; all other pool areas are noisy.
