Felucho (aka the PLD-led gov't now) says they will build one in Sosua proper.
These are politician's words. Once the shovel hits the ground, and once the first patient is treated I'll take note. Otherwise, well, you know the insidious nature of these promises. They're already positioning themselves for '08 elections it seems but the damn main road in POP is yet to finished..... que verguenza.
