I have no objections going to queens if it gets AZB out to join us. How about saturday 3/10? Is that a good date? How is Rancho jubilee in Queens? Or perhaps there's another place which would be better. If not then there's my apt in yonkers. Let me know.

Rancho Jubilee in Queens is pretty good, also March 10th sounds OK to me.

Cant commit yet because I dont know if I'm here or there. However, a couple of years ago I wrote my thoughts on Rancho Jubilee when it was suggested as a site for a winter DR1 reunion. I went on my own to the restaurant one nite and suggested against it. Probably in the archives-no time to look for it now,

OK. Let's set the date as Saturday, March 10th. Place TBD. I think somewhere in the 5 boros is good as it seems a large portion of the attendees are city residents. I think if we found a place where we could meet for dinner that also had dancing and music would be best. Keep the moving around to a minimum.
How about in someone's house? We can turn up the music and be with out own group? I was in rancho J, one beer costs like 10 dollars(dammit). I really didn't think it was such a hot place. I mean we have places like those in all corners of this island. So pick a central place and lets do it.

I like the idea of having it someplace other than a restaurant, more conducive to socializing and meeting/mingling with everyone. I thought it worked great at John's - bringing snacks and drinks, having it catered - food was great, people were greater. I also vote for Westchester!

Like I've said I'm willing to host, I can accomodate about 10 people comfortably. If we get closer to 20 then it may have to get moved to another location. My place is in Yonkers, 5 minutes from the Bronx.
