Hi all, Does any body have any reviews about the Gran Ventana or Victoria Golf at Playa Dorada, We are booked for HVGB, but might be changing, We are 2 single guys, late 40's with No kids, returning to the DR for the 4 time, in June 07. We want some where thats has the normal things happening during the day, but with some very good entertainment in the evening's, some where to meet other poeple who are looking for the same type of thing, We know from the HVGB forum that there is some things happening outside the hotel's, but just wondered if any body else has been to either of the 2 hotels & can help with a review, (good or bad), we dont mind being around children, just like the idea of having a place with a bit of peace & quiet, We did go to the Blue Bay Gettaway in Mexico a couple years ago, Nice place but the entertainment was some what over the top, you had to join in to be the entertainment or there wasin't any, & it was all or nothing, Hope to hear from any body out there with any comments, Brian.
