Im planning a trip to punta cana. My questions are: does punta cana (bavaro) beach water appear clear and blueish green as in sosua or is it dark as in playa dorada. Also what hotel offers the best bang for the buck? I am travelling with my wife and 9 month old and possibly bringing mom. I understand the quality and location of the two are very different but the price diferrence is huge. This will be my first time at punta cana and i am very intrested in the members opinion
