As for the hotel - If you want ac and cable in a nice area about 40 min. away check out Hotel Aloha Sol.

L'Niza...but she didnt write the PH # down.....2 lashes when i see her...maybe she'll find it again. she is a rookie when it comes to a phone book. ha ha ha
other wise..i think the closest big hotel would have to be the new Marriot on Route 1( Autopista duarte highway) on the way to Santiago from the airport....
If there is one in Moca, I doubt if you will want to stay there. It is probably one of those rent by the hour hotels. Chip00 is right hit up the Hotel de Sol. It is one of the safest and cleanest places around that will not hit your pocket to hard.
