The IMF & the DR - written agreements? ?

I'm usually read on DR1 reports of the most recent "Letter of Intent" & / or "Stand-by Agreement". I'm curious. My questions:
* are these documents signed in English or Spanish [or both]?
* who posseses the originals of these documents?
* are copies available? To whom: the DR press? Foreign press? DR1? Us?
* can copies be obtained on line? How? By whom?
* additional useful information & suggestions?
