The deslinde of my finca started more than a year ago and now the "Tribunal de Tierras" will send an inspector (the dossier is in the "Inspecci?n" department just now).
What perturbs me is than the inspection is set to the end of June, so they will do nothing for the next 4 months.

Is this delay is normal or if I should complaint to speed up it.

I would appreciate your experiences, comments or insights on the point.

Thanks in advance,
Ben

The fact that an inspection is required most probably means that the General Surveyor's Office ("Mensuras Catastrales") found something amiss in the plans submitted by your surveyor.

The 4-month delay could be shortened.
