I have been operating a 75-seat call center in Puerto Plata throughout four separate offices over the last 18-months and I am looking for a change in location.
I need to find a larger finished office to rent where I could consolidate all my agents into one space.
I looking for something between 1,500 to 2,000 sq. feet, so I thought I would send out a beacon.
Key Needs:
1) In Puerto Plata (or within 10 minutes)
2) Rent (I do not want to buy or build)
3) Power from more reliable Puerto Plata Electricity
4) Verizon must be able to reach with a T1
5) Safe, secure and clean area
6) Air conditioning solution ( no not windows -
)
I am looking for an office space, not a rebuilding project, so really it is important that there is a proper floor, walls, ceiling, electrical sockets, etc already there.
Any suggestions welcome . .
