Whale watching - when does it finish?

Or is it finished already?

I heard the season runs until mid march. Does that mean if I fly in from Santo Domingo this weekend there will be whale watching treks running?

Can you recommend one? Do you know of any travel agencies in Santo Domingo that will arrange the whole thing for me?

Pick up in santo domingo, flight, pick up at the other airport and whale watching trek ?

I emailed Kim serveral days ago to get more information and to try to book something for this weekend but I got no reply. Seems like she does not want the business.

Can somebody suggest another tour operator who does want the business.
