Part humour, part Dominican timetables, partly to say that I wouldn't believe any opening date they might advertise, as they have missed so many projected completion dates.

They are supposed to be opening a Casino in Sosua? This is the first I heard of that and where, when it does open is it supposed to be located?

The 5 story bombed out cement eyesore that has been sitting in front of Sosua Bay Hotel for the past 2 1/2 years was going to be a Casino/Convention Centre. It's hard to miss on the way to the beach!

Oh I've seen that. I thought it was ongoing renovations at the Sosua Bay Hotel (lol).
That would be a nice location if it ever gets finished

IMHO it should be knocked down and return the park to the town that was there prior to the creation of Sosua Monster Garage.
