Does a Permanent Resident of the Dominican Republic require a Single Status Affidavit from their country of origin's consulate, the same as any other foreigner?
On the Junta's website I saw that Perm. Residents pay the same price as citizens for the service (where as other foreigners pay higher fees). This is what prompted the question.
