satellite or cable tv reception of NBA

Hello kind readers,

At the end of the month there will be a traveler to your country who wants to be able to watch his team in the playoffs. The feed would be out of the Midwestern United States via what satellite, I don't yet know.

Are there any readers of this that know about satellite dish dealers in the area of Santo Domingo? We seem to have 2 choices. Find a cable provider willing to accept the feed on an open channel or set up a C-band dish to receive the feed.

Thanks for any insight into the availability of satellite reception in your country.

Hi Cathi, You can watch your favorite NBA game at most bars in the DR. We have reasonable cable-tv and/or C-band satellite coverage. If you intend on visiting Sosua, e-mail me for a list of places. Happy NBA'ing

Bistro Sosua is in the Beachway Plaza. If you now where the Sosuabeach is you will find it easily. The street with all the pictures!!Well you enter this street a few meters.On the left side there are some stairs going into the Beachway Plaza.In the middle you will find the Bistro. They even serve breackfast from 8am until 1pm.Beer from the draft.And snacks.
