Trying to decide

I'm trying to decide between the Jaragua and the Intercontinental hotels. I would appreciate any input. Looking for information in the way of services, strictness regarding visitors (i.e. locals),location, etc, any info would be appreciated.

Jaragua is the top flagship in santo domingo. services are the best. security is very tight. there is no restrictions to visitors but minors of age to the bar, disco and casino that is open until the wee hours.

quality is superb, ocean view a plus, swimming pool and spa is somethinb special and the meals are excellent.

want to know more? .... you better come
