Universal Car Rental vs. Budget @ PUJ

I am looking to rent a car at the Punta Cana airport.
I have a quote from Universal Car Rental which is 100USD less than my quote Budget.

Anyone have experience with Universal Car Rental?? I would love to save 100bucks but I don't want to risk going with a shady company.

Both include full insurance.

If you are talking about the Universal Car Rental that is based in Cabarete (was your email answered by a young lady named Dairy?), I have used them numerous times and think that they're terrific. You can see my posts if you search the "Best Of" forum.
