Question about medications

Could some identify what each of the following medications are used for:
This is what they are called in the DR: Enantyum, Esomiprazol, Cepha, Ferromin ampollas, zaldian, zaldiar tablets

Enantyum: for Arthritis pain or pain from inflammation
Esomiprazol: for GERD (Gastric Reflux)
Cepha: an antibiotic
Ferromin ampollas: a vial of Iron supplement
Zaldiar: pain killer for moderate to severe pain, chronic osteoarthritis, back pain and postoperative pain

Thanks a lot. One of my wife's teacher fell on the stairs at her school and bruised her tailbone, so I understand the pain medication, but this teacher has a history of trying to pull a fast one. My wife said she would pay for the meds, so probably she is going to pay to fix all the illness in the entire family.
