........the NEW Edenorte website is very good.....you can now register your account and pay it online with your credit card etc....just like Verizon/Codetel/Claro or whatever their name is today..........

Yeah if they kept it up to date it would be great. They have a document that's supposed to show the interruptions. According to them Cotui should be getting about 19 hours of power a day...Yeah right...

Not sure..........

........but I would think you can.....I had previously gotten a credit card from the Dominican Republic just to pay Edenorte and Verizon..........but it seems that online they just ask your credit card number etc and then they put $1.00peso into your accuont and you have to enter in the approval/transaction number from your bank statement or online account to verify.............

..............Just sign up on line and try it......only takes a few minutes......

Remember you can add 3% to your bill for the "foreign transaction fee" if you use a US credit card. This doesn't apply on some US debit cards.
