Codetel would be the most reliable, but if it's not available where you live, you would have to get Delancer's cable internet.
First check whether a DSL connection is available from Codetel. That is the best bang for the buck, although not always as reliable as we would hope.
If not, your next stop is Delancer - but you need to see it work consistently in your area.
