I am going to Holiday Village in May & have heard lots of reviews about the excursions.
Im just wondering what excursions people have been on/going on & what they thought/expect.;)

Most popular around the POP area are Outback Safari (and many similar excursions), Ocean World Adventure Park (day), Ocean World Casino Magical Nights w/Bravissimo Show, Freestyle Catamaran (and other boat excursions), Damajagua Falls, Jarabachoa River Rafting, Brugal Rum Factory tour, Cable Car on Mountain (forgot name). I am sure there are more.

If you like horses then you should check out horse riding trips. I did it with Chiquito Tours. Riding up into the Mountainside and crossing rivers was awesome.

I recommend the ATV tour, buggy tour, horseback riding. Don't go fishing however. It's a waste of money.

If you're in decent physical shape, and enjoy rigorous adventure, the "full" Rio Damajagua trip is an incredible experience. The short trip is OK, but the full one is amazing, something you will never forget.
