A sad but true story. under aged children allowed to play in Poppi's jeep. pulling donuts, driving stupidly. They hit a cement poste de luz. It came down on them. Two died immediatley - i believe they were 13 years old. the third died in surgery or soon thereafter. When will Domincan parents learn! It happens time and time again. The poor sweet babies. They did what any kid would do. But do to the lack of protective instincts in Mommi and poppi - they are now dead.
