You must live by condo rules - it's a family oriented condo.
You must pay 8 months in advance.
You must pay your own electricity.
You must continue to hire existing muchacha $10.00 per week.
The condo is listed on this site (DR1) in the condo rental section. It's listed as "Very Desirable Beachside Condo" or some words to that effect.
