For those in the DR that use a forwarding service for mail to the USA, rates go up May 14 from .39 to .41 per letter.
Best part is the new "Forever" rate stamp. You buy it and it will never be effected by a future rate increase.

Hold on, I'm sure some accountant or lawyer will find a way to put an expiration date on "future/forever".
