Could someone please tell what fogarate means in English. I was told once long ago...but I have forgotten. There is an accent on the last e. Does it have to do with a burning flame or is it flower????? Thanks!!
It is a flower, and the pollen causes rash at skin contact. For some reason, it doesn't affect the palm of the hand, which makes it good to throw it at someone that you don't like (I did that a lot when I was a kid).
The "burning flame" that you mention, is exactly what you feel when you get fogarate on your skin, or maybe you got confused with "fogata", a spanish word for "camp fire".
